Arrogant leadership. Decisions are made without any data supporting it(eg RTO), fathers time was scrapped without any notice, and the explanation we got "is was approved by mistake" and now would be unfair for employees in other countries... great leaders. Pitiful raises for employees while the board gets massive bonus and investors get increasingly more dividends. Every month there are different restructurings and reorganisations announced, feels like no decision is thought through and they make it up as they go. Becoming a awful place to work day by day, you get the sense that the people leading the company are not trustworthy.

- Mandated return to office as a one fits all solution is unsuitable and inconsidered - Management style on board level is top down - Politics have been given too much space, SAP used to be unpolitical - very small salary increases in the last few years despite good results
