      Pros

      Friendly working environment, good colleagues and knowledgeable managers, more annual leave as compared to other firms in the same industry, a lot of international clients which allowed you to deal with different persons in different country.

      Cons

      No bonus, increment is so minimum, promotion is too slow and favoritism.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
