Pros

can't think of many, I did meet some nice, open and talented people

Cons

Awful working environment, it's normal to be rude to people, dismiss their opinion and pressure others into doing something just because management said so. No one ever tries to bring at least some sort of 'vision' or 'goals', it's all decided between several people and then cascaded down as orders. Work life balance is non existent. And there even were no performance reviews or goal setting on a per employee basis (at least in my team) - simply because no one cares about this, they just want you to follow their orders and your personal progression is not in anyone's interest.

TMF Group Response

We are very sorry to hear that your career experience with us was not fully positive. The leadership team is always open in sharing our vision, mission and goals for the whole company overall - including what we aim to achieve as an employer. Personal development is something we strive to champion, which is why we have internal training and initiatives in place to educate and encourage emphasis on performance review and goal setting. We have also revamped this so it captures a wider and more accurate view of performance rather than just tying back to hard numbers.

Pros

None, can’t believe I worked here

Cons

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
