Pros
The work culture is very good. Employees, from programmers to senior management work very hard and are very customer focused. The positive energy exhibited by the management flows right through the organization. There are plenty of opportunties to grow within TCS. There are opportunities to grow in business development as well technology lines. Also, there are plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies, methodologies and tools - for sales and marketing as well as technical staff.
Cons
TCS is not known for high payscales. The salaries at senior levels are usually average. The benefits offered are also not very impressive. TCS is too large an organization and sometimes, this shows in decision making process.
