Pros

1. A mix of very senior and fresh engineers. You get the best opportunity to learn the job here 2. Largely pro-employee management. Cares about work-life balance to a large extent. 3. Ethics and values are given importance 4. TI has not grown much. It is able to maintain the top class status due to the controlled growth

Cons

1. Some groups operate like a cartel - meaning only trusted colleagues are allowed and others are considered 'outsiders'. This may sound contradicting with the Pros #3, but it happens in a few select groups
