      Generally people are good, employer is genuinely flexible. Proactive and progressive with WFH. Reasonable amount of freedom

      Old fashioned technical culture. Resists innovation when it could improve efficiency of work practice. Regards looking busy as more important than results. Sent management fantasize about being a start up, whilst pushing the beuaracracy of a gov dept
