Pros
Very good starting vacation package, health premiums paid, and there were a few good people there (sure most of them jumped ship by now), think the good ends there. Ironic that the pros are more for the hourly workers, as the salaried side put in a lot more hours but got none of the extra benefits the hourly workers got.
Cons
They have no idea how to run a lean, efficient company. Will buy parts/equipment with good old boy system from family in Europe at much higher cost then they could get in US. Simple, easy things like this are what will be the end for this company. It cannot survive without huge margins and government subsidies. They are so used to wasting cash, they don't know how to be lean and efficient. Terrible leadership throughout the company, no such thing as lead by example....it is a "do as I say not as I do" company.
