I was a Working Student Sales in the Italian team. They are searching for one now. (Be aware!) Worst job ever, it didn't match at all the job description. Ripetitive, useless when it comes to acquire new competencies, very bad team. No communication, micromanagement. Tried to ask for tools to optimize the work to have time to do some other stuff. Been replied:"If the job becomes so easy we would do it for ourself and we would not need you". Fake "happy family" environment that results in creating more stress cause you OUGHT to integrate in the tribe. No professionalism, everything is taken on a personal level. I mean, pretty normal stuff in Italy so you'll find the same little toxic environment spread for all the team. (SAM International) Probably they'll lie even about this review but now you know what's going on. Don't work for that team.
