The company culture has drastically declined, it's now toxic and demotivating. There are constant reorganizations without clear vision, and promotions are often based on internal politics and connections rather than merit or expertise. Leadership lacks transparency; people are promoted to VP level without relevant experience, and their communication in all-hands meetings is often incoherent and detached from reality. For technical teams, non-technical operations leads are placed in charge, they lack the understanding to contribute meaningfully and instead resort to micromanagement. Salaries are among the lowest in the Berlin tech industry, and no work from home policy
