      Pros

      Bosses are awesome and assume the best in you. No micromanagement in my experience. Employees (in other departments too) are fun. Flexible PTO, never once had one of my PTO requests raise an eyebrow even when we are busy.

      Cons

      Mediocre pay for the amount of responsibilities. Understaffed, in part because Essentia underpays. Stressful workload at times, in part because of being understaffed.

      Pros

      Welcomed with open arms and had a good onboarding experience. A lot of opportunity to grow. Beautiful campus overlooking Lake Superior.

      Cons

      Raises were basic - whether you worked really hard or not, you got the same raise.
