Great coworkers. Clunky but expansive resources for employees.

Cons

Terrible communication from management. Endless layoffs result in short staffing and an inability to serve the community to the fullest in the ER and elsewhere.

Helping people, I enjoyed the patients.

Cons

Awful management. Awful human resources. Unfair and unequal treatment. Extreme bullying and unethical events are acceptable here. HIPAA is loosely followed. Staff can be cruel, malicious, and spiteful - and nothing will be done to protect you. Reporting anything negative will only make it worse.
