Pros
They do give you flex time 2 hours to use every two weeks for appointments.
Cons
Management is terrible, The supervisor, is horrible. Everyone reports on everyone, you must go to management to tell someone if something is wrong, there is no support inter department, it falls all on the Team lead who is over worked. The 401K they do not match. The supervisor is on a hunt for drones to be able to work for her. Input is not welcome, because they are always prevented from changing things to help out the patients. People go through that department like a revolving door.
