Because of the restructuring that happened a bit more than 1 year ago it seems that management doesn't care about the quality anymore. It definitely will lead to top developers leaving which will make this company quite average in the the future in terms of the development level. Management hiring now those who will do everything that is said to do, you are not allowed to have your own opinion.
