      My teammates were the best thing there

      Higher management only think about revenue and no investment is given towards the employees. I was employed in a Jr role with already having Sr experience, got overworked and exploited out of all my competencies, had unrealistic hourly deadlines, with no recognition or plan to improve the structure of work. When any improvements are suggested, they get shut down as the environment is only reactive than proactive.

      Misuse of tips - paid at $8.00 hr + $10 minimum hr in tips divided by number of working hours. Always paid at $18.00 hr. Tips are not used properly as they are used to pay employees the minimum hourly wage. You are tipping the employees but the dealers never receive more than $18.00 hr.the company scams not only the employees but the players. Tips are made for the dealers not for the company’s payroll.
