Pros

Flexible working (depending on customer)

Cons

They give you a big sell in the interview about progression and training, none of this ever materialised. Salaries aren't great and pay reviews never happened. Managers don't work directly with the teams so don't know what we do or how we preform, you're basically a number on a spreadsheet and they don't care as long as the customer is satisfied.

Pros

Good work/life balance and relatively easy tasks

Cons

Although I'd been promised a position that requires experience, I could rarely make use of any of my experience. Manager was self-centered and barely cared about the team's opinion even if it were objective, but they acted as if they cared about the opinions. Management handled conflict between the colleagues very poorly and were the initiator for these conflicts. Salary is one of the least competitive in the market. Employee feedback was almost always negative, not just for me but for everyone around me in different departments, and the negative points were usually unnecessary to mention, but I assume are intentionally told as some sort of a strategy to reduce the chances of salary raises at the end of the year or to make the employee feel like they need them and not the other way around or to "bring the employee's full potential". The career managers always supported the managers no matter what, so the idea of a career manager which was supposedly a way to listen to the employees turned out to be a bad idea. The treatment was very unprofessional and when I could not stick to at least a month and a half after announcing my notice period for finding a better opportunity and for not being able to stay with that treatment, I was denied to be given my documents and was threatened to be reported negatively in the social insurance. We are expected to work overtime just because our colleague works overtime with no compensation.
