I joined Expleo Group with enthusiasm and dedication to contribute to the team’s success. However, I am compelled to leave due to inadequate training and support provided during my time with the company. As an employee, I believe that receiving proper training and guidance is crucial for delivering quality work and fulfilling my responsibilities effectively.

Cons

Despite my efforts to address these concerns and seek additional support, I have not received the necessary assistance to overcome the challenges I faced. As a result, my professional growth and job satisfaction have been adversely affected.

I was disappointed to discover the unexpected £4000 exit fee, which was disguised as a learning and development fee, should I decide to leave the graduate programme before completing two years. In addition, I spent six months on the bench without any client placement opportunities. The company over-hired graduates, leading to a situation where some were let go within a week without severance pay when they couldn't find placements for them. This experience was frustrating and not what I had anticipated when I joined the programme.
