      Good Training, Plenty events Events, Great Place to Work , Package , People are great

      Cons

      Poor talent management and placement; career progression is done on paper rather then in reality, everyone is working in silos with very little centralized communication and management, job is as good as the client site

      The people are amazing to work with. Good opportunities to grow and learn in places.

      Cons

      The mergers/acquisitions has caused confusion internally and externally as to what Expleo Group are experts at and what their value proposition is for their customers. The politics are rife whilst the new company is in transition. Constant land grabs from middle/senior managers looking to secure their own careers at the expense of others resulting in good people leaving in droves.
