Pros

A good graduate programme that includes a working trip to South Africa and a good starting graduate wage Great Internal training (when classes aren't cancelled) Knowledgeable co-workers The company is reputable and growing strongly

Cons

Salary, in general, is not as good as in other companies, resulting in a regular turnover of staff No bonus programme 40 hour work week (some other consultancies work less) Hard to move up the ladder, career review is done by people that might not be working on the same client site as you so possess little honest information Career review seems more like an exercise in talking yourself up rather than an accurate review of your work

Pros

It was a good experience working with Expleo Group because I got strong exposure to automation projects and worked on modern tools like Playwright, Selenium with Java, and UFT One. One challenge was that many projects were short-term, so there were frequent project transitions. However, that also helped me adapt quickly to different domains, clients, and technologies, which improved my flexibility and learning experience.”
