There is a high level of trust and autonomy in how you approach your work, alongside genuine encouragement to continuously improve processes and ways of doing things. The company provides excellent access to the tools and resources needed to be successful, which makes a huge difference day to day. Worklife balance is respected and maintained, and the people at Expleo are all really great to work with, lots of diversity and people that will challenge the way you think. Its collaborative and an enjoyable environment to be part of.

Cons

At times consistency in decision making and communication could be improved, particularly across different teams and regions. Silo's in silo's There are also a large number of systems in use, which can make it challenging to find a single source of truth.

- very manipulative middle-management - every 6 months they hire and illegaly fire - not a company I'd recommend
