      Pros

      -Fantastic platform to kickstart your career (especially if you are a new grad) -Thorough, professional, and extremely applicable courses taught during training -Provides a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, as far as the fintech world is concerned -Very good atmosphere at the training academy; dedicated trainers, and if you're lucky, amazing peers -There is an annual boat party in the summer = free booze & food

      Cons

      -Pay scale could be better -Vacation pay is a hoax. You do not get paid in full for your 15 vacation days (even if they make it seem so). I had 11 days of vacation in 2017 and got paid 35% of the money I would have made, had I worked for those 11 days. I want to mention this so that aspiring grads can make a sound decision going forward (more than half the reason I'm writing this review in the first place)

      Pros

      Great opportunities that have lots of potential. Has a good work environment that contains a very useful training process. Very easy to learn a lot.

      Cons

      It is a bit of a crapshoot you don't know what you are doing or where you are going to live which makes it difficult to make a plan for the future.

      Pros

      -The trainers are professional and very nice, especially for the business trainer. He is very knowledgeable and is very patient to teach the trainees. All of them are very approachable. -The HRs are quite friendly too. They show a good attitude when someone requested to leave in the past. -The training is useful if you do not have exposure to the subjects before. However, if you have experience in the subject, it is pretty boring as you can finish the task ahead of schedule and doing nothing for the rest of the time. -The career path and the compensation are quite clear in terms of the salary increment. -The working hour is relatively short.

      Cons

      -The pantry is way too small, especially when so many consultants return from the client site. -You basically do not have a choice to choose what company or role that you have to work for. Besides, you have to fight for the role by taking the initiative to approach the sales team and compete against all you fellow consultants.
