Pros

They did manage to get me an interview with a few good companies, like big finance companies

Cons

Pay is abysmally low for a programmer. One of my friends who worked for them told me FDM got paid around 120k per person that got hired I got maybe a third of that. No overtime pay. My contract was for a year and a half. After that, I had to stay at FDM getting paid around minimum wage while still coming in every day. The only way to leave was to pay 20,000. Which coming from college grads (their main audience and me) is pretty harsh. Management is terrible here, they constantly were saying things were my fault when they lack proper communication and were their fault e.g. if they lost my documents and then telling me I am giving them an attitude after telling them that they lost them. Also, there are ongoing lawsuits I heard around them, with them over not paying overtime, the exit fees and probably a few others that I am unaware of just an FYI.

Pros

None absolutely none. The place is a circus.

Cons

Very cliquey. They use scare tactics to keep you in the company knowing you cant pay back the training fees which they will make back in 4 to 6 months after placement. While training you dont get paid. They say they love unique intelligent individuals, they crush all creativity and uniqueness they punish opinions and do not accept constructive criticism. They expect you to accept being treated like crap and be happy about it. They say they support women in IT, graduates, exForces personnel, and returnees they give no support to any mental health issues, family issues or grievances. The management treat the trainees and beached consultants like children and exploit the need for a job. They have a habit of humiliating trainees and consultants. Any complaints from consultants are not taken seriously and are told to suck it up and deal with it. Not only this but if an account manager isn't happy the complaints are taken to extremes.

Pros

easy to get offer even for fresh people without experience, it can be a good place for all people got rejected from other places.

Cons

Payment is way beyond low. Their contract binds you for two years and there is no way to get out from it. Only if you have no money to pay rent and you are sure there is no other way to get a job in future accept their offers. If you are smart, educated and like to have dignity never get close to them.
