      - If you are not feeling right in the environment you are lent to, it is easier to switch to a different job since Ferchau will deal with this concern. - It is easier to switch jobs and positions. - Ferchau helps a lot to improve the experience in your lent company.

      Cons

      - You are a lent service provider and may not be treated like an intern. - Your salary will not be the same as it is for an intern. Usually it's lower.
