      Toxic leader, toxic environment - stay away

      Pros

      Compensation is good and the family who owns the company is great aside from trusting the wrong leader. People in the company are decent hard working people who deserve better.

      Cons

      Very toxic leader who does not understand how to strategically grow a company. Has fired all the people he hired cause he doesn't understand what it takes to lead. He is out of touch and not present (Lives out of state) and talks a good game on culture but his actions demonstrate the opposite. Do not join this company there is not development plan, no leadership. Looked on linked in for former employees so you can get an honest assessment of the way the company really operates.

      Pros

      This is an amazing place to work if you like the feeling of a tight knit community at work and sharing in successes with your co-workers. The benefits/pay are all very solid and a lot of other perks that come up throughout the year that remind you that company does care about you.

      Cons

      Not too many cons, sometimes don't agree with decision making but that would be anywhere at any company.
