      The majority of the employees exhibit a commendable level of amiability and professionalism.

      Cons

      As highlighted in several other reviews, the management appears to be a significant concern, bearing resemblances to that of a large corporation. The evident lack of empathy towards employees and their individual needs is rather disheartening.
