      Very high developer independence and freedom to implement features.

      Cons

      It is hard to build up a community of developers since teams are for the most part not very interconnected.

      Pros

      - Interesting and complex challenges - International and young work environment - Internal promotions - Lean and agile - Tech focused - Professional: feedback on content is heard, hierarchies are quite flat - Clear strategies - Lots of room for initiative and taking on responsibility, starting already from junior position

      Cons

      - Benefits could be slightly better - Internal reviews/feedback process can be better, personal feedback culture (so feedback to a person, not to the content of the work) is lacking - Juniors can carry a lot of water, which will make them feel underpaid/underappreciated (but you don't end up with the boring tasks..) - Strategy for D&I is lacking, needs to be more data driven. White males, predominantly from Germany, are overrepresented in leadership positions

      I cannot think of anything which is considered as pros as there are no pros. Everything has to be rebuilt here

      Cons

      No Proper Management Managers pushes employees to leave the company Lot of comparison between employees in the same team No division of proper work Always projects will be given to more experienced employees So space for learning No proper data management Too much of manual work
