      - product with great customer value - advanced technical project - good for beginning of career - you can learn a lot at the company - friendly coworkers

      Cons

      - micromanagement - incompetent managers - company is Agile oriented - "they hire more agile coaches than developers" - 30% of your work time you will spend on agile ceremonies and 20% on meetings - Agile coaches have more powers in any kind of questions than developer does - kitchen duty(sometimes goes crazy). flixbus does not have an office manager therefore - you would need to: clean a coffee machine, clean a kitchen, load/realod dishwasher, bring towels, sugar, coffee, tea from storage to kitchen - and you can't avoid it - low salary - bad office

      Pros

      It's an ALL IN OR NOTHING company, which its a great mindset to come to work to every morning, and the best part, people do believe it ! There is no such thing as 'we cannot do it' or 'its too hard', instead what we hear is 'We will figure it out'. Plus, the team is great, everybody is an expert on their field but are super open to receive constructive feedback !

      We are getting bigger and bigger, we need a bigger office SOON !
