      Great people, real teamwork, autonomy and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. FlixBus teams share a great vision for the future of city to city travel, for everyone. The company is growing quickly and allow its employee to grow quickly as well. Also, amazing offices and perks.

      Cons

      Not everyone loves free bus tickets, for someone looking for nice perks an airline might be a better start.

      Pros

      Good team if you are lucky. Dynamic working enviroment. Startup spirit. Can meet some intelligent and cool people. Challenging and interesting projects. Many opportunities to develop technically.

      Cons

      Politics. No clear policy regarding promotions\benefits. No clear understanding of priorities on a compay level. Not so great compensations. Some top managers are not convincing and sometimes inexperienced leaders.
