      Pros

      Stability, lots of chances for overtime, some good management, but not many. Lots of great people work in the lower ranks. Good benefits, holidays off with pay, dental, vision, vacation. Double time on Sunday.

      Cons

      Overtime is also a con. Most lines work mandatory 7 days a week. Management thinks of you as no more than a number that can be replaced. Management dose something wrong? Forget HR, they'll walk you right out the door. Seen it too many times.
