I cant really think of any pros other than they gave free coffee and soda. That's it.

Cons

The employees are very rude. There is no room for anyone that only speaks english, They say they will train you but they just throw you in and dont help you. The employees only know how to do one thing and do not want to be bothered.

Guaranteed 40 hours a week for full-time Frequent optional over-time Set schedule Great environment Competitive pay Performance-based raises 3rd shift 40 cent differential Compensation for safety shoes and prescription safety glasses

Cons

Repetitive motion is hard on your muscles 8 hours can really drag when you are exhausted Come home smelling like rubber Must wear work-clothes, unless you don't mind ruining clothes you care about
