Pros

Going home at the end of the day

Cons

Micro management, little communication from line management, expected to run multiple stores on outdated poor equipment, expectation to work more hours even though on salary - no one knows when they will be let go, no clear HR direction other than sack before probation ends and get new staff in.

Pros

Things are slow sometimes and there is a bathroom in the warehouse.

Cons

The company is still not providing any benefits! I received an email with corporate "offers and discounts" which is disgusting, This is just advertising! I know there are those in management positions who already have medical benefits including being able to visit chiropractors and get massages. But no benefits for riders who are driving the dangerous streets and riding over potholes. WE NEED A UNION NOW! I feel like employees will never get treated well unless we push back hard and stand up for our needs.

Make sure your warehouse has a manager otherwise the job will result in a complete free for all, with bullying, understaffed shifts, dangerous equipment etc The company swaps and changes your bonus structure at will, effectively taking your earning potential. There's basically no bonus if your store isn't t busy. There's no leadership, its impossible to raise concerns as they all fall on deaf ears. Everything is made extremely hard to implement. Holiday pay, sick pay etc They wont tell you how to claim these benefits/ entitlements. They dont employ cleaners so everything slowly falls into disrepair, the toilets end up smelling and filthy, they expect couriers to clean and often the equipment to clean has run out. The scooters and bicycles are constantly broken or dangerous to ride. Theres always a shortage of equipment, gloves, jackets and the likes. There's no discipline proceedures, no recourse on staff cheating the system or pushing their workload onto new starters. Its a very toxic environment, its not isolated to one store either. At least 50% of the stores in the general area are like this. Couriers steal customers orders if they cant find the address, most seem to smoke drugs whilst on shift. Its seriously a horrible place to work.
