      Pros

      If you manage to get on the good side of a manager you get an easy ride.

      Cons

      There is a culture of abuse and bullying. Staff are allowed to bully, abuse and berate other staff with no consequences. Staff are chased out of the stores and those that pushed them out are kept on staff despite gross misconduct
