      My colleagues are nice and respectful

      Cons

      – A lack of appreciation from superiors – Feeling burnt out – Lack of flexible work options – Wanting to work remotely but can't – Poor mental health initiatives – Management is more focused on customers, they should also focus on employees. If the employees are not happy, you won't have happy customers. – Corporate culture (used to be great when they started in London, I have no words to describe the culture of Getir now. Just disappointing) – Lack of employee engagement – Lack of career growth

      Weekly payments is a good thing.

      Staff Disrespect for echother swearing spitting and leaving litter plus smoking right in front of the entrance door with no respect for those that don't smoke tobacco or weed .I got sacked Basically because i don't agree with smoking and blowing smoke in my face when I'm trying to do my job I don't enjoy the Disgusting and irritating smell I wolas told if I don't like it to wear a face mask or that they would move in to a new location to work when tolworth is my home town Is IRunic.

      - Poor work-life balance - Toxic work environment - You can't improve yourself in your daily job - Almost all features has a high priority
