No pros what so ever working for this company

Cons

You go in to work everyday wondering if it will be your last day with this company. There is no job security. The training is not accredited. They screw you over on wages, pay rises and bonuses. Even the tips from customers don't add up.

Pros

A nice team of fellow riders, who really supported each other. Fairly decent scooter gear of jacket, gloves, crash helmet and waterproofs. When there is no other work available in the world, you can get a job at Getir.

Cons

Brutal working conditions. Forced to ride in all weather conditions, including snow and ice. Impossible to hit targets. Farcical bonus scheme. Constant abuse from management. Sent home without pay if the scooters were broken. 30 minute break in a 10 hour shift, with no other breaks permitted. Often no hot drinks or cups or coffee or tea, unless you bring your own.
