      Pros

      Currently I’m working in GlobalLogic and trust me it’s good company they gave me package of 4.7 and it’s WFH job but I visited office for weeks and environment was very good.

      Cons

      As per my knowledge here cons are not much but one thing I have to share In December month it is appraisal time for employees so every process was happened nice but at the time of effect in salary still I didn’t get that amount when we ask to our SM they said it’s happening because of cross cutting in the time of recession.

      I cant think of anythimg special that a normal company doesn't provide

      Cons

      Worst work life balance Management sets insane deadlines and to complete them expects people to work from 9am to 10pm No boundries or time limit for working from home If you close you day at 6pm you can expect your complains to reach authorities Hr doesnt reply and has no solution for such behaviour I have personally worked upto 2am consecutively for weeks from 9 am in morning to complete these insane deadlines sprint after sprints

      Place was too good but Some team members were played internally politics so that why the place was not good to work please go outsite and find someother company.
