Work-Life balance (if you get into Such a project) Work Culture. Freedom to do you own thing your own ways.

Cons

Should emphasise on timely increments/appraisals. Upper management should interact more frequently with the employees and whatever concerns they have should not be replied to by saying yes we will work on that, instead show some actions.
