      Pros

      Trainee program, mentoring, nice offices and good atmosphere. Bench for for those who have no project. Additional courses if you want to improve your English. Tech-talks.

      Cons

      Among other top outsource companies in Ukraine GlobalLogic has lower salaries. It's hard to get promotion. And as in any other companies, if you get old project - you are in bed position.

      Worked for GlobalLogic Ukraine. The office is great, the compensation and work-life balance depend on the project. From my experience everything was great, including management, team, technologies used etc.

      Cons

      The subject area of some projects may seem not very interesting.
