They informed you about the financial crisis, and simultaneously, you will receive a marketing letter about being included in the top 100 most profitable companies in the country. -Management in some projects is very bad and cares only about their profit -Team leads are mostly friends of managers. Not a professional for this position -No sense to go for a promotion. You receive zero, raising only your responsibilities
