      Good Work Life Balanace. But not much nowadays.

      Cons

      Expect freshers to perform like Senior Engineers as they can get maximum billing. Many big projects and contracts are DEAD NOW. NO NEW PROJECTS. Freshers are mostly on bench for most the time. Engineers FORCED to do Testing job.

Internal transitions to more specialized technical positions can also be difficult without significant self-learning and external experience.
