      Worst company to work for

      Pros

      There is nothing I could mention. All drawbacks overshadow if there is anything good about it.

      Cons

      This is the worst company ever come across. Just concerned about billing with little employee growth. Worst comes when you decide to leave the company. Management will make you realize that joining GL was worst decision you have ever taken. Management will make you even work on weekend once you resign ofcourse there is no compensatory off for those. They just care about billing and would try to make most of the employee. Bad Paid leaves policy.

      Pros

      Free work culture. Can work for that much hours as you wish. No dress code.So can see a fashion show everyday.

      Cons

      1. Will give fake promises and hire freshers. Once the training is done will fire you saying there is some probs in the projects. 2. No job security for any levels. 3. Very idiotic and fraud company.

      Flexible Time and opportunity to learn latest technologies provided you have time out from work.

      Cons

      Biased working culture as it is decided by so called managers. Management has no respect for skillful technology experts. Mid level management take company polices and processes for granted. Appraisal is primarily based on employees PR Skills with management and not at all on individual performance.
