      Pros

      Working from home. You get paid but I guess that doesn't say much considering that's the bare minimum expected from a job.

      Cons

      Toxic positivity Extremely low pay for the work you do, especially since they only accept people with master's or PhD. Constant shifting of priorities but that's more on their client rather than GL

      Pros

      The team is wholesome, the environment is very rich, and the company does a lot to provide a "healthy" work environment yf you are a newcomer to the industry.

      Cons

      There are virtually no promotions, project rotation is non-existent, and we work ungodly hours (with a median of 12 hours). Avoid if you can, as the projects are mostly working with technically and personally challenged off-shore individuals who have almost no experience.

      All pros are being converted to cons by the management.

      Cons

      - No work life balance - Left over leaves are not carried forward to next year in the name of providing W/L balance. But, you won't be allowed to take your leaves. - 3 months notice period - An employee on notice period cannot take leaves and all pre planned leaves will be cancelled. It is only Leave Without Pay. - Work life balance is a thing of past - HR has become puppets of the management. - Worst project - Insurity. Do not join if you are getting this project. Better join a small company or grab what ever other offer you have.
