      1) Best work life balance- ,wfh , team cooperation for personal commitments, no dress code. 2) Good paymaster 3) Lot of work on Java and .Net

      Cons

      1) Now, moved to oxygen sezs o slightly far off, though company provides free shuttle service to and fro from noida city center metro station at frequent interval. 2) Mid tier clients dont use Oracle as database thats a probelm if you are a database resource.
