      Pros

      Salary is usually more than other firms are offering.

      Cons

      Management is worst in the company . They hire freshers but have no absorbtion capacity . None of the concerned people are ready to take responsibility. Company is going down and that is definite. Recently a center in pune has been shut down. ADVICE : If you are fresher dont even think of joining this firm . If you are a senior person then be prepared to stay in the organization without any appraisals.

      Pros

      Since there is no much work, you have relaxed working hours which results in you spending more time with family.

      Cons

      1. No career growth no matter how well your ratings are or how much hard work you put in. 2. For any type of growth, one need only single skill. Buttering of ur manager. Nothing works on merit here. 3. Need to work on alternate source of income to run your family as salaries & specifically salary hike is pathetic. 4. No job security. Be ready for a pink slip the moment you are on bench. 5. All management people are a bunch of incompetent people who are happy satisfying each other's ambitions. 6. No one is bothered for an employee and would not hesitate in ruining your career by making false promises and making you stay in company for long which makes you unemployable in the open market. 7. If you bother even a bit about your career, never join this company and if you have by mistake joined here, leave this company and save your career.
