      Nice projects in hand but Not sure about its future , nice learning and work env.

      Pros

      Healthy Work environment, Supportive teammates. Good project. Only 1 customer in Telecom , so telecom engineer have no option if they are not satisfied with the project. No clear growth plans.

      Cons

      Future is uncertain , There is no concept of normalization, 4 year exp. can get more than a 6 years exp. , at the time of joining. Hire and fire approach , senior mgmt is not able to grab new projects in telecom.

      Pros

      They can find project exactly for your skills. Bunch is quite long in terms so PM in most all cases can find new customer for you in up to 3 months of full salary at this period. Good career grow perspectives for people with 0-4 years experience. Loans for employees with 2+ years up to 10 salaries with 0% interest.

      Cons

      Not clean high management and sometimes surprising decisions. Lack of "you voice" in deciding what to buy new in G-club or on the roof.

      1. Somewhat flexible timings 2. OK salary but not good.

      Cons

      1. If you are not someone who can pretend to work till 9 PM (even if you are playing Minesweeper), you will NOT have good growth. 2. Onsite oppurtunities only given to people with blank heads, but with so much to show. 3. Favoritism and politics at its worst 4. Bad HR policies like 50 page print limit, leave depended on number of month served, etc. 5.
