      Pros

      That's a very decent outsourcing company which is rather strong to overcome global economic problems. Employees are treated in a very respective way and the salaries are notable among competitive companies. The office is also designed in a eye-pleasing way despite of being almost fully openspace. Social compensation is also worth noting.

      Cons

      Very unpleasant office climate: excessive heat, dust, noise of openspace-like office facilities. It's just very hard to concentrate and devote the time to work which requires lot of thinking or porblem solving. Also, the office is located at unsuitable location.

      Pros

      This company is VERY people oriented and care about staff impresses me much. Free coffee/tea, peanuts and beer, the G-Club place where you can rest - all this is really great. Optimal relocation plan - the company has several apartments in the center of Kiev, pays travel expenses when you come for an interview from another city. Salary is paid very accurately

      Cons

      Lack of sports. I'd very like the opportunity to play some football or basketball with my colleagues on week-ends. Also, recent decrease of salary by 5% is not any good to my mood. Hope they will bounce back as soon as possible.
