      Pros

      Since I joined in 2021, my experience at GlobalLogic has been excellent. The company provides a very flexible work environment, strong learning opportunities, and supportive management. Team collaboration is great, and employees are appreciated for their hard work. I received multiple awards during my journey, including the prestigious League Extraordinary Award, which is rarely given and made me feel truly valued. The award ceremony was superb and very well organized.

      Cons

      Sometimes project priorities and timelines can become challenging during high-pressure deliveries, but overall the management and team support help handle the situation effectively.
