Pros

Good to get your foot in the door for entry level

Cons

Higher management was awful. Often referred to employes as "human capital". We had to fight for basic things like health insurance and paid time off. They basically treat you like a cog in the machine and nothing more Ultimately, the program imploded and most people I was working with got laid off or ran away to better opportunities,

Pros

- Good people on the whole in the UK but not many left due to cuts and people voting with their feet. - Nice office - Pay well - Some great customers

Cons

- Cut, cut and cut again. This has resulted in no trust with their colleagues (rightly so). - People genuinely scared for their job security with an ever reducing UK footprint. - The UK soon will just be a small satellite office with minimum people to actually deliver from the UK. - GL has lost most of the UK Financial services customers they had and the future is certainly not looking bright. - They have been promising change for 4 years and achieved nothing which just shows the utter inability of the senior leadership team. - Pay reviews constantly delayed for those who remain, 6 months delay currently to the original planned review period. - Crazy amounts of effort on internal reporting but little encouragement to focus on customers and growth.

If you are Working in Hyderabad and Bangalore its Good

Cons

This company treats its employees as nothing more than robots, expecting them to handle an unreasonable workload without considering their mental or physical well-being. The management shows no empathy, treating employees as expendable resources rather than as real people with personal lives.The work-life balance is virtually non-existent. Employees are consistently overworked and underappreciated, creating a highly stressful and demotivating work environment. Despite the enormous workload, the company offers close to zero salary increments, making it clear that employee growth and satisfaction are not a priority.To make matters worse, the salaries are so low they barely compare to wages earned by unskilled labor in India(especially if you are a fresher . This is especially disheartening given the expectations placed on employees to work long hours and deliver results beyond what is reasonable.Overall, this company is a prime example of toxic workplace culture where profit comes at the expense of employee dignity and well-being. Avoid this place unless you are ready to sacrifice your personal life and mental health for next to nothing in return.
