      Globallogic is a company with some decent projects but unsatisfactory pay and growth

      There is a wide variety of projects and technologies to work on Work culture and policies are employee friendly There are a lot of Off shore work opportunities Direct client interaction is promoted in the company which may help in employee growth

      Cons

      There is no strict check for adherence of advertised policies like Openness The work is between normal Service companies and product development company. However the pay is that of any normal service based company. Also there is a lot of discrepancy in salary at same experience. Job Insecurity is there due to lack of openness and information sharing in some projects. Difficulty to switch to your preferred job work.

      Very Friendly Atmosphere, People & HR. New office at 3C Oxygen park is Awesome. Free AC Buses To & From Office to Noida City Center. Each floor is based on a different Country's Theme. Good Work Life Balance. Team Activities. Office Annual Celebrations, Diwali, Holi & Other Celebrations. Work hard, and you'll get recognized - Super Star, Crack Team & Appraisal and Ratings.

      Cons

      Retail Domain in not very appealing. Very few .Net related projects. Not very technically challenging. Job Security - Fear of getting fired if project completes or is abandoned. Few old timers, who got promoted to management positions just because they found it easy and never moved anywhere else, are hopeless. Very few onsite opportunities.
