      Shuttle and cab facility and Colleagues are very helpful. Nothing more

      Cons

      If you are looking for job change (android developer) then don't give a thought for GL Nagpur.They will put you in one of the Medical project and your life will be ruined.No work life balance you will need to work 12-15 hours and even on weekends. Full of Politics BAND 2 and above are egoistic No Professionalism at all.

      Have a good team of really competent Software Engineers. Works on almost every aspect of Software Engineering.

      Cons

      They don't have lot of proprietary softwares, so company is dependent on other clients. I work for Google gTech Engineering as a vendor from GlobalLogic

      People play & butter get hike

      Pros

      1. Transport facility, you will get cab if you are staying late. 2. L & D department, will help you to learn new skills.

      Cons

      1. Even you are working very hard, get easily ignored if you wont butter. People on pool for 6 months , getting awards after one month of getting project. Biased appraisal. Manager & HR simply ignore the ratings. 2. If you resign , they offer false promise to make you stay.
