1. Less work pressure 2. You will find friendly people, exceptions are every where 3. Good hike at the time of joining if you can negotiate

Cons

1. No clear picture what you are going to do 2. HR and finance persons never listen you. (Before joining they will promise lot's of things for you, don't take those seriously. You will never find such things or take in written) 3. You will get hike in nenos (Stay happy with that or change the company) 4. Some of the senior management will always thinks about their benefits only whether employee is dying they will never listen (So be careful for this thing) 5. Due to this attitude they are loosing skilled employees.

Joined as a fresher. Great learning opportunities. Skilled Learning and Development Department to provide training in almost all hot languages. Talent is appreciated in multiple ways. Tech initiatives like Hackathon, GlobalPOC, etc helps improve your technical skills.

Cons

Not much Cons, but on-site opportunities are a little less as compared to other growing companies.
