Pros

Good projects, great culture, nearly perfect management (team specific though, you may be not as lucky). Showers are great option, kitchens, a club and a roof, a lot of nice stuff to take a short break. Extremely small bureaucracy footprint.

Cons

Quite a limited technology set. You really want to be a Java/.Net/QA engineer, those offered with good relocation options and much more flexible in project/team change opportunities. Otherwise you are mostly limited to the project you are hired on.

Work Like Balance and flexible timing.

Cons

Cons: 1: Bad HR policy 2: I was worked in night shift for more than 2 year till the time no body was bothered about me suddenly i came on company pool for long time and one day HR called me and asked me to leave with out any prior Information . It could be happen with anyone because company does not have Projects and lots of people are on pool . They either force to reallocate or to Resign. My exp was too bad with GL. No Hike in last 3 years, no promotions and if you are not billable here you will be on edge . 3. Monopoly of old people , HR only listen managers and here HR's are worst they don't even care about yr career .
